GROUND NUT CUTNEY:

1 cup roasted ground nut seeds
5 green chillies(cut long)
little cilantro
tamarind according to ur taste
salt
cumin seeds

seasoning:

1 sp cumin seeds
1 spoon black gram
1 sp mustard seeds
curry leaves
oil



heat oil in a pan .fry green chillies,cumin and tamarind in oil.
grind the above mixture along with ground nuts and cilantro.
add salt and water

make seasoning let the seasoning cool.
pour this over the cutney.
serve with dosa ,idle,utappam etc
