GUTTI VANKAYA MASALA(EGG PLANT FRY):

the recipe i'm going to show u can be prepared with any type of brinjals.
but i prefer only round ones.

stuffing:
2 spoon dhania
1 1/2 sp jeera
1 1/2sp cumin seeds
1/2 sp methi seeds
1 sp coconut powder
7 dry red chillies
1 1/2 sp sesame seeds
2 sp black gram
oil
salt

dry roast all the above except oil,brinjal,salt.
cut the brinjal into 4 with out cutting the green end.
stuff the powder into brinjal .
heat oil and fry them.

to avoid using more oil ,use less oil and steam cook it(cover with lid).
keep turning them in intervals.
