STRAWBERRY CAKE WITH HOME MADE FROSTING

2 eggs
maida
sugar(powdered)
vanilla essence
stawberry 1 box
butter 1 whole stick
green writing gel
baking powder

mince the stawberry into small pieces.

measure the eggs in a cup
take the same amt of sugar powder and maida(this is the measurment for cake)
beat eggs with a beater or fork.
add sugar powder and beat till sugar dissolves.add butter(should be at room temp).beat well.
add vanilla essence .add strawberry pieces.
keep adding maida (add baking powder and mix well) in intervals..


the bowl should be coated with butter and then dusted with maida.
make a thin coat of it.

pour the batter into the baking bowl.
bake it for 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
let the cake cool before frosting.


frosting:

make a smooth paste with 2 strawberries.
beat the butter finely add sugar and beat it again.those who dont have a beater can blend it in a blender.add strawberry paste and again blend it.this is my own creative idea
carve 2 strawberries into any shape and create ur own designs.
i carved my strawberry into a flower and for stems i used green writing gel.
apply the frost.
enjoy the cake.
