GUTTI VANKAYA PULUSU




i tried this guttivankaya pulusu with groundnuts,sesame,coconut,tamarind as the main ingredientss..it really came out well.....
1/2 cup peanuts
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup grated coconut or dry coconut powder
5 dry red chillies
salt
ginger
garlic
cloves 3
cinnamon 1 inch stick
brinjals(gutti vankaya) 5 to 6
cilantro
chilli powder
1 sp oil
mustard
urad
curry leaves.
tamarind juice


dry roast groundnuts,sesame,cinnamon,cloves ,dry chillies.and at last coconut powder for 1 minute.
chop onions.
grind all the above together with little salt.
heat oil in apan.add all mustard,urad,curry leaves and make seasoning.to this add the ground paste and stir well.add tamarind juice.
let it cook for 2 minutes.cut the brinjals into 4 halfs on one end.dont part the other end.
put brinjals and cook till oil comes out..
