1/2 cup sesame
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1 sp ginger garlic paste
3 green chillies(finely chopped)
oil
beans(french or chinese long beans)
salt
chillies powder
1 sp coriander powder
1/4 sp jeera powder
1/3 sp methi powder
seasoning
curry leaves
mustard
uradh dal
jeera
boil beans in microwave for 5 or 6 minutes.
cut them.dry roast sesame and peanuts
grind them into powder.
heat oil add onions,chillies and ginger garlic paste till llight brown..add beans and fry them for 3 minutes.
add sesame and peanut powder.add coriander powder.fry for 10 minutes.make seasoning with mustard oil,uradh dal,jeera,jeera powder,methi powder and curry leaves.
when the sesame and peanut powder is set according to ur taste add salt and chillies powder.
season it and stir for 1 minute.
serve with rice or roti.
