This is one of my favorite roti pachadis.when i bring spinach in bulk then i make this .It stays good from 3 to 4 days.
5 dry red chillies.
3 or 4 flakes of tamarind
1 1/2 sp cumin seeds
spinch 1 big bunch
salt
oil
chop the spinch.
heat oil in pan.fry red chillies,tamarind and cumin seeds for 2 or 3 minutes and set aside.
in the same pan fry the chopped spinch till the raw smell goes.
grind all the ingredients together in a food processor.
add salt and grind till it becomes smooth.
can have with rice,dosa,idle.
