1 spoon ginger garlic paste
1/4 spoon kikoman soy sauce
1 spoon chilli powder
1 sp garam masala
1/2 spoon pepper
2 sp curd
1/2 sp tumeric powder
1 spoon maida
cilantro and mint finely chopped
ginger and garlic finely chopped
gree chillies( cut long and soak in lemon juice for 1 day)
cut chicken in a 3/4 inch peices and marinade it with all the above ingradients under "marinade".and also add little lime juice and cilantro mint.
set it aside for 2 or 3 hrs .
fry it in the oil till golden browm
take a spoon oil and fry ginger garlic,green chillies(soaked in lemon) and then cilantro and mint in a asequence for a minute.
add chicken peices to that sprinkle water on that to keep it soft and moist.
sprikle lemon juice or vinegar and stir it for 2 minutes .
