1 box of mushrooms
1 large onion
1 sp pepper
1 small bay leaf
1 small stick cinnamon
1 sp yogurt
1 sp coriander powder
cook the rice and set it a side to cool.
in a pan fry the bay leaf,cloves and cinnamon.keep it a side
take a wide pan.heat oil.
fry the onions,mushrooms,pepper.
add chilli powder and curd or yogurt .saut them well.
cook covered for 10 minutes on low flame.add coriander powder
cook uncovered till the oil seperates .
add cooked rice and fold it twice.
add coriander leaves and cover it for 5 minutes on sim.
