CORRIANDER CHUTNEY(KOTHIMIRA PACHADI)




1 big bunch of cilantro
6 green chillies
4 flakes of tamarind
1 sp jeera

heat oil in a pan.add jeera,green chillies,tamarind.
when jeera start spluttering add cilantro and cook till raw smell goes.
grind it into a fine paste.
serve hot with rice.
